Charlotte Tomic is a sought-after instructor and guest lecturer at various universities and professional forums. Charlotte is a Past President of New York Women in Communications, a professional association; she founded the organization’s yearly College Communications Conference and scholarship program. She has worked with a wide array of clients from local businesses to multinational corporations such as L’Oreal, St. John’s University, Special Olympics, Unilever, MediZine, Points of Light Foundation, University of Phoenix, World Society for the Protection of Animals, Hard Rock Hotels, Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation, and individual artists and authors.
Letícia de Mello Bueno is a strategic and determined professional with years of experience in the organizational development of Hospitality/Restaurant Brands. She has studied at Boston University and Florida International University and holds a degree in History with a minor in Wine Studies from Florida International University. She acquired kitchen experience under Chef Norman Van Aken for three years as a Culinarian, recipe tester and editor. She then worked with luxury brands at Casa Casuarina and the Kor Hotel Group to rebrand the Tides South Beach.
A Food and Wine Historian, having finished studies in Food and Wine History pre-agriculture- present, Letícia has written curriculum for and taught Gastronomy, Wine Appreciation, and Product Knowledge classes. Letícia believes it is a privilege to work in the world of wine and food and gives back by working as Director of Events for the Board of Directors of Slow Food Miami, Common Threads Miami, and The Fairchild Challenge for Environmental Education.
